Measure your chest/bust. For men, this is your chest measurement, for women this is your bust measurement. Wrap your measuring tape around the largest part of your chest with the tape going underneath your arms. Make sure the tape stays parallel to the floor and comfortably snug, such as with the collar measurement. Record this number for your chest measurement.
